Customizing
If you talk with anyone at Techmate you will soon discover that we are completely committed to the success of our customers.
We feel that if any of our systems within the Operations Plus product suite need to be customized to meet a Broker/Dealer's basic business needs, we have somehow failed to understand and anticipate those needs.
However, with that said, we also understand that not every organization is the same and we must be flexible when necessary. Therefore, we will work with clients to customize the system if we have exhausted all other options.
As a family we also believe in sharing. If we do customize parts of our system, chances are that other Broker/Dealers can also benefit from the changes we make. In most instances a request for customization turns into an enhancement to the system. We ALL benefit from our customization philosophy.
