Conversions
Many of our new clients acquire the Operations Plus systems in order to upgrade their existing back office administration system. When this is the case, our clients look to Techmate to help them convert existing data into their new system.
Converting data for a company is not very straightforward.
Therefore, Techmate has established a process where we work with the client to understand their data and determine if a conversion is possible. When possible we perform the conversion and then help the client with the post-scrubbing process.
Customer and representative data are the two primary types of conversions which we perform for our clients but we will review any data you have to determine if we can work with it.
For those small Broker/Dealers, we have even been known to convert data from within simple excel spreadsheets.
Please Note: There are times when a client's data is unable to be converted. However, Techmate will exhaust all possible options prior to making the final call whether a conversion is possible or not.
